Who may receive it
Relevant job information may be shared with a prospective subcontractor where needed to assess or carry out the work. Only information reasonably required for that purpose should be shared.
Retention
Unsuccessful or inactive website enquiries and uploads should normally be deleted after 90 days unless there is a legal, accounting, dispute or safeguarding reason to retain them. Records connected with completed work may need to be retained longer.
Your choices
You can ask about the information held about you, request correction or raise a deletion request by emailing helpforgegroup@gmail.com. Some information may need to be retained where there is a lawful reason.
Do not upload identity documents, bank details or unrelated sensitive information through the job-enquiry form.
